How long does delivery take?
- The processing time is 1 working day.
- Due to high demand, shipping currently takes 3-7 days.
- Shipping to North and South America takes up to 12 days due to delivery bottlenecks. We ask for your patience.
Can I cancel my order afterwards?
- Unfortunately, we cannot cancel your order because we immediately forward the order data from the shop to our warehouse system. However, you can always return the goods to us after receiving them. Unfortunately, you will have to bear the costs of returning the goods (see cancellation policy).
I didn't receive a confirmation email. Why?
- Please check your spam folder to see if your confirmation email is there. If you cannot find it there, please contact our support team immediately. (support@shamsbeauty.com)
How can I check the status of my order?
- You have the option to track your order online with your tracking number, so you can track your package directly from our website.
Why is my tracking number not updated?
- Please note that the tracking information will only appear in the system a few days after we receive the tracking numbers. However, you don't need to worry because your tracking number is correct and will be updated by the end of the week / beginning of next week.
